I am a student service professional with extensive experience leading and directing student affairs, program management, and athletic coaching for universities and colleges. As the director of policy, advocacy, research, and outreach for Prison to Professionals (P2P), I aim to drive the organization's mission through diversity, equity, and inclusion while unlocking barriers and expanding opportunities to all disadvantaged backgrounds, minorities, and justice-impacted populations through education services, transformation, and redemption. I develop and implement robust programs to provide first-class customer service, increase retention, and enhance the student-life experience. I build camaraderie between students and staff while fostering a safe, positive learning environment that drives educational excellence and student success. I have over 20 years of experience in Higher Education Administration and am a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership & Innovation (EdD) at Saint Thomas University, FL.
