I am a community health expert, educational improvement leader, and community outreach and engagement specialist. I have extensive expertise in training and technical assistance (TA), program and project management, continuous improvement, public health, PK–12 student success, family and community engagement, and research and evaluation. I am deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging.
I help advance EDC’s educational equity, public health, and behavioral health work and am contributing to two municipal public health initiatives focused on mental health first-aid training and youth prevention. In addition, I am guiding the successful implementation of a middle school STEM pathway program and providing technical assistance on school culture, student achievement, and deep learning to a charter high school leadership team. Previously, I held positions as a community engagement and outreach leader specializing in health equity and education reform throughout Massachusetts.
I received an MSW in Child Welfare Studies with a concentration in Community Organizing & Non-profit Management from Boston University.
