This groundbreaking paper sets the stage for the development and implementation of information and communication technology systems championing fundamental human rights and needs, as delineated in the United Nations report.  

This document introduces the visionary project Prisons Evolving as Connected Communities (PeaCC), and delves into essential communication technology guidelines. From education and healthcare to mental health, legal assistance, and fostering connections with family and community, we’re committed to transforming the landscape.

Get ready for an exploration of stakeholder definitions, pertinent terminology, and a comprehensive breakdown of Principles and Standards. This document zeroes in on Community Connections and Services, Network Access, and Change Management, offering a detailed roadmap for implementation.
